This is an easy, one-pan, delicious shakshuka recipe! The dish is filling, well-balanced, and will feed 2-3 people. The colors of this shakshuka are striking!

Ingredients
1 yellow onion
1 orange bell pepper
3 garlic cloves
dash of cayenne
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
28 oz can of diced tomatoes
4 eggs
feta (optional)
cilantro (optional)
baguette (optional)
Instructions
Cook the diced onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic cloves in a cast iron skillet with olive oil on medium heat until the onions are softened
Add in the cayenne, curry powder, paprika, cumin, black pepper, and salt and cook for 1 min
Pour in the diced tomatoes and continue to cook without a lid until the tomatoes thickens (around 8-10 minutes)
Make four small depressions in the mixture and crack eggs into them
Cook with a lid until the egg whites are no longer raw
Sprinkle feta and cilantro on top
Optional. Toast some bread to add on the side!
