These air fryer pasta chips are extremely easy to make and the perfect after-work snack or game-day appetizer for guests! I love a dish with very few ingredients and that takes under 30 minutes to make.
Ingredients
2 cups dry farfalle pasta
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1.5 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
Boil the pasta according to the directions on the box until they are al dente. The pasta I used took ~8 minutes to cook
Drain the pasta and place it in a medium-sized mixing bowl
Mix in the parmesan, olive oil, garlic powder and onion powder with the pasta
Place 1 layer of pasta in the air fryer and bake it at 400°F. At 5 minutes, flip the pasta over and cook for another 2 minutes (or until golden brown)
Serve with marinara sauce
Optional. Top with extra parmesan and chopped parsley
